Watching Chef’s cook has always been mesmerizing to me. Every morning Fabrice would have his coffee in the same way – only drinking half before going cold. The spoon never leaving the cup and the croissants always on time.

This image ‘out of the dark’ was taken at 6.30am in Melbourne on a cold winters morning. The photos were completely spontaneous but I took around 30, the rain and light were amazing. 

I always love that feeling when you arrive somewhere at night, have no idea were you are and in the morning everything looks so different from how you imagined.
